Our spinning department converts rayon viscose, which is regenerated cellulose fibre from eucalyptus plants, into spun yarn. We also produce spun yarn made of Tencel fibre, which boasts a more sustainable origin. To achieve high production efficiency and tap further into new types of yarn products, we adopt the latest state of art spinning technology. They are Murata from Japan and Barmag from China. Since we produce MVS rayon, it enables us to manufacture at high efficiency without sacrificing the output quality. Our high production efficiency also allows us to supply about 410 tonnes of yarn every month. The details of our capacity per product are listed below. Other products we offer are rayon 26, rayon 60, and core Tencel 45.
Rayon 20s:
1800 kg
machine/day
Rayon 30s:
1200 kg
machine/day
Rayon 40s:
800 kg
machine/day
Dewasutratex also has a quality assurance team that conducts lab tests and inspections before packing the product. They aim to maintain the stellar quality of goods we are sending to our clients. On top of that, those tests are selected from the international textile standard. Some of these tests are yarn number, hairiness, tensile strength, elasticity, and thickness test.
Machinery:
Murata (Japan)
Max Capacity:
410 Ton/Month
POY filaments are processed to alter its appearance and nature - rendering products with a natural look. Some common effects towards the handle of the fibre would be its heat retention, drapiness, softness, elasticity, roughness, warmth, and coolness. As in the case of spinning, we also utilize the latest texturizing technology - Murata (Japan) and Barmag (China). Our efficient production system enables us to produce 1.000 tonnes per month, each unit passing our rigorous inspection and lab tests.
Machinery:
Murata (Japan)
Barmag (China)
Max Capacity:
1.000 Ton/Month
Dewasutratex mainly produces high twist and medium twist goods. Before the birth of our texturizing department, we rely on twisting to create a limited range of customized handling, which is still done to this day. Some of the latest textile technology we use are Daewon (Korea), Rifa (China), and Huayu (China). By aiming for the most efficient method possible, we can produce 478 tonnes of twisted yarn per month.
Machinery:
Murata (Japan)
Rifa (China)
Huaya (China)
Max Capacity:
478 Ton/Month
We mainly use polyester (fully-oriented yarns and drawn textured yarn) and rayon filament as the raw materials. The three main categories of our woven products are polyester fabric, high twisting chiffon, and sateen (various light to medium weight fabrics). All of these can be produced at a combined capacity of 4.8 million yards monthly. Further inspections are conducted to maintain our superb quality. Some of them are neps, crease recovery, fabric stiffness, and color fastness (colors resistance to fading/running).
Fibre Types:
Polyester
(FOY and DTY)
Rayon (Filament)
Max Capacity:
4.800.000 Yrd/Month
Dewasutratex also adopts the latest textile technology; Tsudakoma from Japan, Karl Mayer from Germany, and Benninger from Switzerland. The customized Water Jet Loom machine, which is equipped with a Dobby extension machine, allows us to be more flexible with weaving patterns. The latter results in the birth of a wide range of quality. Furthermore, we have a SAFIR drawing machine, which increases the production of yarns and hence our overall capacity.
Fibre Types:
Polyester Fabric
High Twisting Chiffon
Sateen (Various light-med Weight Fabric)
There are three types of yarn filaments we mainly use for this purpose, namely polyester, rayon, and Tencel
(marketed as a more environmental-friendly choice of fibres). In some cases, we also use the textured yarns
for the natural feel of synthetic fibres, compared to the conventional synthetic yarns.
Dewasutratex also utilizes state of the art machines; Mayer N CIE (Germany), Sanda (Taiwan), and Fukuhara (Japan).
Hence, we proudly present three main categories of knitted textiles. They are Single Jersey Spandex, Double Jersey Spandex,
and Jacquard. Our Jacquard especially enables Double Jersey products to have more complicated designs.
All of these types can be collectively manufactured at a capacity of 1.000 tonnes monthly.

Fibre Types:
Polyester (ITY, FDY, DTY)
Payon (TR)
Tencel (TR)

As of the case in dyeing, our printing techniques can be applied to any of our fabrics. Dewasutratex provides the traditional printing service of Flat Bed technique using Ichinose from Japan and Rotary printing technique using Zimmer from Austria. We also have more advanced methods, such as Digital printing using Reggiani from Italy and Atexco from China and the Digital transfer process using the Roller Paper print transfer machine and Yu Bong. Both of the latter are Taiwanese tech.
Print Capabilities:
Flat - Print
Rotary - Print
Digital Inkjet Print
Digital Transfer Print
Max Capacity:
3.690.000 Yrd/Month
Using these state-of-the-art machines, we can produce up to 3.69 million yards per month. Additionally, we also apply some softener to improve the feel and handle of the finished goods. The customization mentioned in the dyeing section can also be applied to printed products.
Our dyeing process can be applied to any of our products according to the clients requests.
They can be rayon, Tencel, or polyester; knitted or woven goods. We have two machines for dyeing our fabric.
They are Hisaka's Jet Dyeing machine from Japan and Fong's THEN Air Flow machine from Germany.
We can manufacture up to 3 million yards monthly. On top of that, after applying some softening chemicals,
we also sanforize the finished goods to reduce the amount of potential shrinkage after washing the goods for the first time.
Dewasutratex accepts customization requests from clients. One of them is Comfit, which is used to improve the handling of the finished goods.
We also have a Foil process, which can apply lustred paper on top of the desired pattern position. Next, we also have Heat Cutting,
which aims to remove excess fabric edges, making it easier to process for further production. Finally, we have a colour kitchen that
allows us to tap into more intricate colour varieties, which will be further discussed in the Lab section.
Product:

Our laboratory is mainly divided into two sections. They are the colour kitchen and the quality control section.
As mentioned in the processing section, the colour kitchen aims to tap into the ideal colour fusion and saturation,
according to our clients requests. In the past, our experienced colourists conduct colour testing and mixing manually.
Nowadays, we have a machine that enables us to be more accurate at doing this due to more precise measurements.
The quality control section takes several samples from finished goods before they are packed and sent to our clients.
Some of our clients may request specific tests before receiving the actual batch of goods. Some of the common ones are tensile strength,
elongation, and peeling test. nother intricate test would be the colourfastness (CF), which has several types. We have CF to water, perspiration,
saliva, yellowing, and dye transfer to storage. All of these are done to ensure the best quality available to our clients.
